maturity levels
sometimes it astounds me that the maturity level of professional adults can be equal to that of our kindergarteners. regardless of whether or not you're mad at someone when someone says, "good morning" the proper response is not to turn your back to them. (sigh) ;) although then it really is quite amusing to continue to try to talk to them. hee hee...

Dustin's dad was just talking about that, and about how it can be challenging as an administrator to not say "you know, when my kids were younger I would tell them...." because it applies to their situation so perfectly. Sorry! Is this your sec?
