holey smokes, it's amazing what a good 9 hours of solid sleep will do for your body. :)

in another attempt to help the Fertility Fairy out, the Dr's recommended i get a hysteroscopy to clean out my uterus. so rye and i went down to Queens at 5:30 yesterday, they knocked me out, took out anything that shouldn't really be in there (just one polyp) and my uterus all pretty. ;)

was expecting to be in a significant amount of discomfort yesterday, but it turned out to be not the cramping, but my head and throat! ;) couldn't open my eyes for longer than 10 seconds cause the light was too bright and it would make me dizzy, tv would make me nauseous and my throat was so raw i couldn't talk it was so sore (from the tube they stick down it). all from the anesthesia apparently.

but boy, 9 hours of sleep last night and feeling LOADS better. ;) yay!

loads better and with a pretty uterus all ready for the fertility fairy hopefully in july.

guess what?!

I have a waist again!!! :)

Yes okay, very vain, I know. But it's so nice to put your hand on your waist and have it feel like YOU again!!! (And of course it was because I was mad at a student again, this time who hid in the bathroom for 30 minutes AFTER daring a classmate to give someone a 'purple nurple')

Went down 7 pounds in a fast 3 days...after a total of 12 pounds gained...looks like the last bit is gonna just stick around a bit. But 7 pounds down is better than nothing, and I wore pants today!!!

Pretty much back to being me! (also haven't cried in 3 days so maybe my emotions are a bit more stable too!)

another not funny

Feeling all cute today cause although not fitting into pants still, wearing a cute dress that got lots of compliments on from kids and adults (as well as a student repeatedly biting it-long story)...

But then I have this wonderful exchange with a student-

Student: "Wow, Mrs. Miyashiro! I didn't know you were so OLD!"

Me: "What Mili? What do you mean?"

Student: "You have white hair! I thought you were in your 20s or something."

hee hee hee....time to dye the hair.

not funny

not funny is pulling on your pants in the morning (or trying to) and then hearing a ripping sound.

apparently i have not lost my water weight yet.

hee hee..(i did laugh though-after cursing-cause it was straight out of the movies! you pull them up, try to button and bend over and....)

yup. not quite ready for pants yet.
