choked up

driving from our place in Ballard to Cec's last night started to get choked up and that gaspy feeling i get when i'm having a really hard mom moment...only this time it was because it really hit. i'm leaving seattle in 8 days. leaving friends, leaving my cute house and leaving cec. i really can't say how happy we are to be moving home...but oh, it's going to be really hard to leave seattle too...
