Andrew's Renal Valve

Took little Andrew in for an ultrasound of his Renal Valve on Monday. It was dilated in my last prenatal ultrasound at 37 weeks. Unfortunately it looks like it hasn't gone away as expected, so we're being referred to a pediatric nephrologist for mild hydronephrosis. Not great news, but also not quite as scary as so many other things could be. They're hoping this will just clear up in time as he grows...and worst case scenario would be surgery if the condition worsens or doesn't improve.
