you PACK.
So unfortunately (yet again), Ryan and I got some disappointing news today. We're at least a month out for IVF. We're expecting a call from Repro-Genetics tomorrow or Thursday about the status of our test, but they were making great progress. However, after speaking to the nurse at Pacific IVF today it turns out that even if Repro is ready to roll and gives us the green light this week, I still need to be on OCP (oral contraceptives) for 5 weeks before starting the process. And we're only on week 2. So I need to do a full cycle before we can begin.
Hence, BEST case scenario: we're a whole month out.
And after taking a deep breath, blinking back tears and calling Ryan, we've both realized that this will be a blessing in disguise. We'll pack. And pack. And PACK. And renovate and sand and paint and MOVE. And be IN before the tough part of IVF. It'll give us a chance to close the chapter on one part of our lives (hopefully cleanly, with out a whole bunch of overlap) and then open it up and begin a new chapter in our new place. :)
So what chapter of life does this make me on?
Love,
Stace
